In each session, we collaboratively weave together movement and creative expression to explore a meaningful theme, offering a holistic pathway to healing and personal growth.

What to Expect in Each Session:

  • Thematic Exploration: Each session will focus on a carefully selected theme designed to facilitate deeper self-inquiry and emotional processing.

  • Gentle & Trauma-Informed Yoga: Sam will guide you through accessible and supportive yoga practices, focusing on mindful movement and somatic awareness to connect with your body's wisdom.

  • Guided Art-Making: Pierra will lead you through experiential art therapy directives, providing a safe and expressive outlet for emotions, thoughts, and insights.

  • Integrated Exploration: We will mindfully bridge the yoga and art-making experiences, allowing for a deeper integration of physical sensations, emotional states, and creative expression.

  • Safe & Supportive Space: Our co-facilitated group offers a welcoming and non-judgmental environment to explore your inner landscape and connect with others on a similar journey.

  • Opportunities for Reflection: Time will be provided for personal reflection and gentle sharing (optional) to deepen your understanding and integration of the experience.

This unique collaboration offers a powerful pathway to:

  • Embodied Healing: Process emotions and experiences through the wisdom of the body and the language of art.

  • Creative Expression: Unlock your innate creativity as a tool for self-discovery and emotional release.

  • Self-Exploration: Gain deeper insights into your inner thoughts, feelings, and patterns.

  • Personal Discovery: Uncover new aspects of yourself and cultivate a stronger sense of self-awareness.

  • Emotional Processing: Safely explore and navigate a range of emotions through movement and art.
