Meet Our Founder
Sam is a seasoned mental health professional and empathic healer. With a background in music therapy and several years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she brings a deep understanding of mental health and a passion for holistic healing modalities. Recognizing the limitations of traditional talk therapy, Sam has developed a unique, embodied approach to healing. She believes that many individuals struggle with the lingering effects of trauma, often manifesting as a disconnect from their bodies. By combining a variety of holistic modalities, including Reiki, trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, meditation, hypnosis, breathwork, sound healing, and somatics, Sam guides clients toward profound healing and transformation. As an empath and intuitive, Sam utilizes her heightened sensitivity to energy and emotions to tailor each healing session to the individual's specific needs. By tapping into her intuitive insights, she can identify underlying issues and guide clients toward deeper levels of healing and self-awareness.

All life, including our own, resonates at specific frequencies, and we work to harmonize these vibrations for optimal health. Just as a tuning fork can vibrate another tuning fork of the same pitch, we can use sound, movement, and energy healing techniques to harmonize and balance the body's vibrational patterns, facilitating healing and rejuvenation.
