What to Expect in Each Session:
Thematic Exploration: Each session will focus on a carefully selected theme designed to facilitate deeper self-inquiry and emotional processing, inspired by our natural surroundings.
Gentle & Trauma-Informed Yoga: Sam will guide you through accessible and supportive yoga practices, focusing on mindful movement and somatic awareness to connect with your body's wisdom, all while breathing in the fresh air.
Guided Art-Making: Pierra will lead you through experiential art therapy directives, providing a safe and expressive outlet for emotions, thoughts, and insights, using the inspiration of the natural world around us.

Important Logistics & What to Bring:
Location Details: This event will be held outdoors near Lake Michigan at the park near N Recreation Drive. Detailed directions on exactly how to find us will be provided in a welcome email before the event.
Yoga Mat: Please bring your own yoga mat. A limited number of extra mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Refreshments: Light snacks and refreshing beverages will be provided. You are also welcome to bring anything additional you'd like for yourself, or something to share with the group if you feel called to do so.
Art Materials: All necessary art materials for the session will be provided.
Attire: Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and being outdoors. You may also wish to bring layers, sunscreen, and bug spray depending on the weather.
No prior experience in yoga or art is necessary – just an openness to explore, move, and create under the open sky!
